Many thanks for your concerted efforts in enabling me to complete my insurance with Brunel. Rarely do I find someone who goes the extra mile, excellent communication during the process, extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. You worked hard to complete my requirements despite my lack of knowledge on insurance, if only all people were as great to deal with as yourself, a rare exception indeed.
